Dog Consultation Rooms
We have 3 dog consultation rooms which can be accessed from the main reception area.
The non-slip consultation table folds away to allow more space for larger dogs. All of the tables are cleaned thoroughly between each patient for infection control and hygiene.
We have a portable ophthalmoscope (for looking in eyes) and otoscope (for looking in ears) and multiple microchip scanners which are shared between the rooms and which may be used during your consult.
For all dogs but especially worried ones and puppies, we also have treats in all the consult rooms. If you know that your dog gets nervous in the vets feel free to bring your own treats or distractions with you to your appointment.
We take pride in offering comprehensive and compassionate health care . Some of our vets work part-time and consult on a rota basis so please let us know if you would like to see anyone in particular and we will do our best to accommodate you.
All consultations are by appointment, except of course when you have an emergency. Please ring our friendly reception team to arrange a convenient time.
A medical consultation is a chance to address your questions or concerns about your pet. No question is too small or too silly, and we are always happy to explain things - we strive to help you understand your pet's health conditions and make informed decisions.
Our consultations with a vet are scheduled for 15 minutes to allow a thorough examination and comprehensive discussion.
